Texas Sky

Abstract painting of a Texas desert in the early evening with a new moon in the sky. I enjoy letting the media dictate the direction of the painting. Here the acrylic ink and alcohol dictate the direction of the painting as the blues, yellow, green, white, black and gold ink react to each other on the slick surface of Yupo paper. After the initial painting dries, a Moon was added to the composition.  This is for sale for $30 at Daily Paintworks. Prints of this start at $7 at ArtPal
